One of the many flightless birds which inhabit this particular area, the gidii is typically smelly, unkempt, awkward and ugly. This one is definitely typical.
Ring-necked gidiis are confirmed to live outside the West Gate past the Lake of Dreams, on Ranik's Map 3.
