Would anyone know the minimum required rank in skinning to skin these?

Less than 80 Skinning. Here's some quick skin tests

0 Arranges: Working deftly, you skillfully remove a wooden fang from the remains of an Endrus serpent. The task is difficult, but the rewards are worth it.

5 arranges: With immense difficulty, you just barely pry the wooden fang from the serpent. You're certain that wasn't at all how it was supposed to go, though.
