| [Permanent gweths have] always only been permanent for the person who picks them up. Previously, if anyone else got them, it removed their permanent status and they became regular gweths usable by anyone.
Now, however, they're more truly 'bonded' and stay attuned to the regular owner. No one else should be able to use them, so no more ruining someone's LTB from an errant grab to the wrong grave. ASGM Zadraes | |
