Interesting, I have a 71% skinning success rate with 780 skinning and 88|109 (unbuffed|buffed) Reflex. I guess the skinning check uses unbuffed reflex NUKENAVY (talk) 14:42, 22 October 2017 (CDT)

Can skin with 701 skinning as a survival tert with 90 Reflex, succeeds about 30% of the time. (April 2023)
